CareerWork$ Medical® will prepare you with the fundamental knowledge to work in a non-clinical role in the rapidly growing and rewarding healthcare industry. The program also partners with Southern California’s leading hospitals, clinics and healthcare service providers to provide job placement and career advancement support.

Our career training programs have a combined placement rate of more than 80%—over 2,300 graduates have been placed in full-time positions since 2006! Eligibility requirements for this program are a passion for healthcare and service, plus:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must speak, read and write English (We also encourage applicants who are bi-literate in English/Spanish, English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese and English/Armenian)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Acceptance conditioned upon passing criminal background check
  • Valid California driver’s license or state ID
  • Must pass a pre-enrollment drug and tobacco screening
  • Previous experience in any of the following: Customer Service, Retail Sales, Food Service or as an Administrative Assistant or Caregiver
